THE LEADERSHIP JOURNEY
DISCOVER (Pre-work)
Building self-awareness and setting the foundation for development.

Before the workshops begin, participants complete key pre-work such as their Insights Discovery profile and guided reflection. We also take time to connect directly with participants through interviews, ensuring the programme is aligned to the group's needs, context, and goals. This stage creates clarity on strengths, challenges, and priorities- setting a strong foundation for meaningful and relevant development.
Workshop 1: AWARE
Understanding leadership style, strengths, and emotional intelligence

Leaders develop a deeper understanding of who they are, how they show up, and the impact they have on others. Through Insights Discovery, reflective exercises, and group discussion, participants explore their strengths, challenges, communication preferences, and leadership identity. This session creates the foundation for effective leadership by building self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a shared commitment to supporting one another throughout the programme.
Workshop 2: RELATE
Building trust, developing people, and leading inclusive relationships

Great leadership is built on relationships. This session explores how leaders create psychologically safe environments where people feel valued, supported, and able to contribute. Participants examine the impact of bias and assumptions, learn how to adapt their leadership style to different individuals and situations, and develop coaching skills that help others grow, perform, and thrive.
Workshop 3: DEVELOP
Navigating challenge, conflict, and uncertainty with confidence

Leaders build the confidence and capability to handle difficult situations constructively. Participants develop practical skills in feedback, challenging conversations, conflict resolution, and critical thinking. They also explore how to lead others through change and uncertainty, helping teams remain focused, resilient, and adaptable in an increasingly complex world.
Workshop 4: ACT
Leading with intention, influence, and long-term impact

The final workshop focuses on turning insight into meaningful action. Leaders explore how to establish healthy relationship boundaries, increase their influence beyond their immediate role, and prepare for the future demands of leadership. Participants also consider the legacy they want to create through their leadership and the impact they have on the people, teams, and organisations around them. Through reflection and practical planning, leaders create a clear roadmap for sustaining their growth and maximising their long-term impact.
Final Stage: SHARE
Reflecting, presenting, and committing to ongoing development

In the final stage, participants bring their journey to life by reflecting on their learning, growth, and leadership impact. Through sharing insights, experiences, and commitments with peers and stakeholders, participants reinforce accountability, celebrate progress, and define the actions they will take moving forward. This stage ensures development translates into meaningful and sustainable change.
